Angelo graduated from Sydney University with First Class Honours. Since that time, Angelo has undertaken two extensive periods of employment with the prestigious firms of FJMT Architects (formerly MGT) from 1994 to 2000 and subsequently for Hill Thalis Architecture & Urban Projects.

During these periods of employment, Angelo has undertaken a range of projects including substantial Urban Design Proposals, Public/Institutional Buildings, Apartment Buildings, Commercial Interiors and Individual Residences.

The Scientia Building at the University of New South Wales where Angelo was team leader for the project received the prestigious Sulman Award for Public Buildings from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects in 2000.
