Redshift - The Laminar Triplex

An elegant resolution to site planning, the Laminar Triplex makes a virtue of the awkward siting of its neighbours, remaining sympathetic to everyone’s needs. The project is laid out across the site in strips, stooped and shuttered towards the neighbours, optimising privacy as well as the quality of the living spaces and the gardens.

The Laminar Triplex project is a small multiple housing development delivering greater density to Peakhurst in Sydney’s south-west, an area of suitably larger residential blocks and good local infrastructure. Each semi-detached dwelling is of modest size but accommodates a minimum of two separate living areas as well as at least three bedrooms. This has been achieved whilst maximising, in the context, the opportunities for sunlight, natural ventilation, private open space and in a landscape setting.
