A social network to bring together creatives to forge a creative community of people learning from each other, supporting each other, in a generous and productive space.

Ed Shift is a space to help like minded people be better. Do Better. To make personal change. To find their blind spots
It’s for people in creative professions; Architects, Landscape Architects, Design Professions and Artists. With a view to channeling their creativity into forging the changes they want in the world.
In changing creative humans, Ed Shift is also aiming to change culture.

Changing the culture of the creative professions.
Changing the culture to be more connected. To be more inclusive. To lead better. To build the profile and value of the creative professions. To bring positive change to the world.

Ed Shift is also a space where you will be able to book workshops and one on one coaching with Michael Lewarne, to be better.

What Is It?

Ed Shift is a social network and it’s been built on a separate social platform from usual suspects. This provides focus, an escape from algorithms, as well as access to some additional interesting tools & resources that will help the community and connections. While the Ed Shift social network has a public face, it is also set up with Private Spaces allowing for smaller groups to work through their challenges in a private, discrete space and most importantly, confidentially.

It is a space where creatives can connect, support & learn from each other and from Michael.

I will be posting helpful, informative articles and videos regularly as well as questions or provocations to stimulate discussions, learning and growth opportunities.

Who Is It For?

It’s for people in creative professions; Architects, Landscape Architects, Design Professionals and Artists.

People that are avoiding, wilfully ignoring or hiding from the goal they really want to pursue or the work they really want to do. [Hint: we are all hiding from doing something, we get in our own way]
People that want to be better, to be the best person and do the best work that they can. [Hint: we should all want this]
People who are curious. [Hint: Curiosity leads to understanding and growth]

How It Works?

Like any social network you’ll see a series of posts: Articles, Videos and Questions/Polls. These consist of ideas, resources, information and provocations. All separated out by various topics: Mind, Event, Sight, Hard, Helpful, Creative, Celebrate, Resource. Once you join you’ll be able to post your own comments, questions, articles and so on, and on any of post or topic of your choosing.

It’s a community and as a community, it thrives on interaction. It’s not meant to be passive.
It needs voices. It needs people to share. [Hint: we are all similar, we can learn from the work that others do for themselves, as much as the work we do for ourselves.]
It’s a two way exchange.
